I'm still having trouble and I tried all this. I'm not sure what it could be. my upload speed used to be a 10 and now it's at .70. I can't figure it out.
I trust you can help me
When im downloading a game the game launcher says im downloading at say 1.2mb/s and my task manager says im using 12mb/s
I can't find any videos why and its a new pc so i haven't set any limits and none of these settings are fixing that
