What's the deal with the exposed air conditioning units? No central air in a 4.5 million home in a warm climate?? That's beyond comprehension and makes the property look cheap and detracts from the charm of a beautiful property. You realize you can now buy central units where you can control the air output room from room? What a huge oversight! Very poor planning.
I have a feeling that the market price of that home is going to rise substantially over the next few weeks, along with pretty much every other home on the Mexican real estate market.

The pool area is the star of the show spectacular stuff!
What a beautiful place! You’re totally immersed in raw nature there! 🥰 The lush green entry is feeling so comforting. I appreciate the use of regional materials like the Palm and Parota Wood, also the beautiful doors seem to be out of this wood. The meticulously laid pebble tiles are outstanding and remember me of a children’s book of my own childhood.❤ A pool with rocks of the surrounding b nature, what a cool idea! The hidden fridge and freezer behind the wood panelled walls 😅 and also to mention the artful shelves and mirrors.
So much more…definitely worth watching and as always a perfectly produced video! 👌🏻❤

That first house in Mexico is probably the house I think I'd prefer the most out of every property I've seen you guys tour. Smart developers benefit from quality tours and someone who's educated who can convey the work and details properly. Good stuff.

Absolute NO for any kids.. imagine letting your kids play in that pool.. no railing.. drop to the ocean.. beautiful but deadly.. no thanks
