WP Speed Of Light is a freemium caching plugin. It has a lot of features similar to that of Autoptimize. However, due to the plugin’s lack of an exclusion feature (locked behind a paywall), I have a hard time recommending the free version. I’d recommend using Autoptimize and Cache Enabler instead.

This plugin has a good user interface and while I find the webpagetest integration pointless some users prefer to get data directly in their admin panel. Sitekit provides similar functionality (which I would recommend you use instead). That being said, the plugin's lack of exclusions for the JS and CSS grouping feature makes the free version very hard to recommend. You would probably be better off using Autoptimize & Cache Enabler instead of using this plugin which will cause you more headaches in the short term.
