Could you build the same circuit, but for a voltage of 36 V? (Knowing that 555 only works up to 15 V.)
Do you need another small resister above the C1 capacitor, to prevent high current from C1 into 555

i dont know if you answer comments, but, i have a question:
so, iam running this 12V 20A network back in my garage. i want to use a DIY dremel with a 10A PWM controller, with a motor that pulls 5A no load.
the question is, how much amps will the PWM pull? will it take the 10A, the 5A that the motor pulls, or will it try to take the full 20A and fry itself? please help
