I retrace my statement regarding the namecheap hosting. The Google Page Speed Insights test in the video was done at about 1am (Singapore Time), which has gotten a 99 rating. However, the following day when I've tested the site over 24 hours, it shows that there is always a "Reduce Initial Server Response Time" issue of 1 second or more in most of the test results. Hence, the Namecheap Web Hosting is certainly a factor that is causing a slow site speed. My recommended Web Host for Speed: 👉 Best WordPress Caching Plugin: https://jackcao.com/cloudways
Great explanation Jack!

this content is amazing!! it helps me out!
Great tutorial, thanks
I tried to load a font locally, it ended up adding an extra 900kb to download the page, whoops
Superb job
Hi do I have to optimize images before I download or is it enough to optimize them with a plug-in like Smush?
I'm building my first website and that video helped me so much!
Hi Jack nice one. First off, where can I get the WP Rocket? I tried searching in my plugin section of my WordPress backend but I couldn't find it.
Secondly, I find it pretty baffling that the LCP of my website is a Paragraph. Really? If it was an image of could understand, but a paragraph.
Thanks so much for this tutorial. Really helpful
Great video!
Another great video, Jack. Great to see how you created a blank page to get a baseline. It’s often a frustrating process to debug a low score. Thanks for showing your methodology. 👍
This is a great video. It's very well explained and nailed 🔥👌
I've taken a website, used 2021 theme, deleted all plugins except for caching plugin, nothing works to speed it up. It's like the only way to get a high score is to have a new install of WP!
Thank you very much Jack.
This was extremely helpful
Thank you for a great video
Hi …I am so happy for your video, but if you don’t mind can you possibly help me understand how I can speed up my website speed?
1. I build my website through Google Sites
2. That means that my website is directly hosted by Google
3. I did do a page speed insights…and my report for my Google site is “poor” 3.8 seconds
MY RATING
Poor is defined as:
Good sites start to load in under 1 second.
Poor sites start to load in over 2.5 seconds.
Needs Improvement sites start to load in 1 to 2.5 seconds.
I honestly can’t find ANYTHING 🤦🏽♀️ online specifically focusing on Google site page speed ….
This is very informative! Good work.
graet idea sir thankfull
Hey Jack .. What is the best way to optimize Google tag manage, google analytics scripts and facebook pixel scripts in kadence theme. This is consuming lot of page score.
awesome
jack can you pls work in my website can you help me pls ?
Great video as always. I do have a question, as most of my issues are around FCP and LCP due to my hero image. What image size would you recommend I am currently using between 1900px and sometimes 1400 and have converted it to webp. Thanks.
Converting images to webp also helps I think.
Dear Jack. Awesome stuff! Can I ask you, do you know if the Avada theme is causing speed issues? I am using Avada and am really really struggling with my site speed. I have optimised all of my images on each page. I think Woocommerce and Contact Form 7 seems to be particularly taxing. But yes, for now my question is specifically on Avada. Is Avada ok to use or simply bad news? And of course if you would like to do a video testing out Avada on my website that will be more than awesome haha 🙂 Many thanks for your time! Much appreciated!
Hope, future WordPress developer will come from the traditional development processes by your hand. As jump into work without knowing the output can cause problem on the other hand, we traditionally use the tools that have massive facilities and good UI. However, if alternative solution is arrived fully, many of us might shift to that. Thank for you recommendations and analysis.
I get this Google Insights message when I run a blank page test: Lighthouse returned error: ERRORED_DOCUMENT_REQUEST. Lighthouse was unable to reliably load the page you requested. Make sure you are testing the correct URL and that the server is properly responding to all requests. (Status code: 404). Is there a way to deactive woocommerce on pages? I notice this takes up a lot of speed. Similar for a geolocation plugin.
Good morning,
how to load googlefonts from WordPress?
You are awesome! Thank you!
Man 😍 You're Great I've never watched a video of speed optimization like this, your videos are short and easy to understand, you got a new subscriber ✌️😄
simple yet effective
you're too expert/advance that I couldn't follow you
speed is still 35
I doesnt seems that Imagify properly do that work (partly). As I see you have chosen aggressive mode for Imagify, so it means that all group of one image was compressed as my body compressed food until morning. I think wordpress biggest drawback is to throw out an image for the desktop and mobile versions, respectively. For now if you will choose large 1024 px image for desktop the same picture will shown for mobile. Bring me a handkerchief, I'm out of them.
Awsome brother ♥️
Can I hire you to help me with speed optimization?
very informative video!
You deserve all appreciation and respect for your effort. Keep going 👏
