Verizon 5G home internet has been a thing now for a few months, coming in at about $45 a month regular, and with discounts sometimes as low as $25, you can’t beat it, unfortunately the speeds can only vary from around 100 megabits to a Max of about 300, but now VERIZON came out with 5G ultra fast gig internet, some speeds even top over a gig in speed, it’s guaranteed to be around 350 megabits to 1,000, this video tests this product and we’re going to see exactly how fast this internet really is and if it’s worth it!

Thanks for the review!
by chance, do you know a way to tell which Verizon cell tower my 5G home internet gateway is connected to? it seems you knew how (in the way you pointed out in your video that is the Verizon "tower" that your gateway is connected to). cellmapper only tells the presence of Verizon cell towers in an area. it doesn't specifically tell one's gateway is connected to that particular cell tower (so one can validate it by looking at the cell tower ID on the cellmapper website.
Will this work even if you don’t have uw 5g?
I'm looking at those ping times though
I been complaining to Verizon to give me the gigabit internet but they said no you don’t qualify . Bummer. I also have a tower across the street but the regular 5g is not disappointing . I consistently get 300 Mbps which is more than enough for streaming and gaming and working from home
Still getting those crazy speed?
I just signed up after watching this video. I didn’t see a 5G gig option just regular 5G but I do have mmWave because my cell phone is getting 1400mbps
I switched to 5G too
Just the 23 Decembre
5-6 faster than my fiber
Sometimes 7 times
And price is the same
I dont have 5G oficial yet
Its running on low band
From 3DK
I have seeing over gigabit speed in the store
The fiber box on the wall is only 1 gig, but Download and upload are the same
Great video ! thanks.. Can you please tell us how you ordered it and how do I check if my residence qualifies ? I can only find the regular 5g Home Option, which I have but barely pushing 100mbits.
Impressive! Thanks for sharing
Also if you want to see speeds over a gig your computer needs a 2.5 gig ethernet card.. otherwise it's just going to hit a wall near the gig mark
The older router for their fastest home internet that you put in the window is basically a cinderblock and its rather heavy.. so that is a upgrade
Are you in NY? And is this for business? Because I just signed up, and all they’re offering is the smaller modem
It's megab I ts not megab Y tes. 8 bIts per bYte. Big difference. 1 gigabIt is way different than one gigabYte.
There's a 5G tower outside your house? MOVE!!!!! No matter how "wonderful" it is, it is terrible for you.
