To me, Oswald's stay in Russia and the ease in which he was allowed back into the U.S. suggests that he was a CIA agent whose mission was to attempt to spread misinformation. Except that the KGB easily saw thru the ruse and deemed him to be of no value. So on his return to U.S. soil he was given the assignment to infiltrate anti Castro cells secretly operating in this country by posing to be like minded to their cause. From there a plot to assassinate Kennedy was hatched with Oswald secretly being set up as the "patsy" as he called himself once he was in the custody of the Dallas police. In summary, a faction operating within the CIA that, incredible as it is to believe, perfectly orchestrated the crime and succeeded in naming Oswald as the lone assassin before quickly silencing him forever.

Crqzy that this almost happened again last year. On TV too. Whats so crazy is that if it was a sniper or someone from far away, JFK was a moving target. The Kennedy assassination was put to rest in my opinion by the late great former prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi, in 2007 with the release of his masterpiece book Reclaiming History. It’s 1600 pages long and critically examined and dismissed every single plausible theory. Read it if you truly want to know what happened that day.

Well, classic intel cloak and dagger stuff. This is the flooding of mis-information, often used by all intel agencies from the past until this day. Some elements of fact, but ultimately and purposely distorted to avoid actual truth. Things to keep in mind:
1. Our government has had over 61 years to edit documents and flood their own archives with potential misinformation, with potential investigations by posterity in mind.
2. An agent and an asset are two very different things; the term "asset" hasn't been mentioned in this clip; Oswald meets the profile of an asset, not an agent.
3. Four entities: the CIA, the Mafia, LBJ, and the Soviet Union, in that order, had motive to assassinate JFK; Oswald, of all people, had none.
4. An important fifth entity, the FBI, under J. Edgar Hoover, may not have had a direct tie to the assassination of JFK, but almost certainly had pre-knowledge of his assassination.
5. Regarding MLK's and RFK's assassinations, the FBI, under J. Edgar Hoover, may certainly have had motive and involvement. Also, regarding RFK, another entity with motive would have been the Mafia.
6. What you see isn't actually what is really going on; or, you can flip that, and note that what's really going on is not what the public sees; and it's not just what the general public sees, but even what those in government themselves see. They themselves may not see clearly. For this reason, that's why the CIA and, for that matter, why the military in general is compartmentalized regarding intel, classified info, and personnel.
7. Finally, ask: what can be done with this information? Any application, solutions or lessons learned? Otherwise, it's just information and a fascinating history lesson to set things straight. Sadly, regarding the actual events (JFK, RFK and MLK's assassinations), it's more historical.
I realize that, of course, that all the above notes taken together show the markings of a conspiracy theorist. At surface value, without deeper research revealing open proof, they can certainly appear as speculation and conjecture. That's why, without proper access/classification, these will seem as just that. But, it's also why one may not want to find out the actual truth, because the truth can bring a cost that you, me, or anyone else may not want to pay, or be prepared to pay. This kind of thing has the potential to lead to events that no one, neither you nor myself, could imagine; even today.
Why would there be ANY document involving anybody else than LHO? Why would there be any record how it really went down? It wasn't official CIA operation (ha ha) so all we have are these numerous deathbed confessions from the real assassins/conspirators…
