I have done tried your method but the speed of my website remains same….it has not been reduced. So can you please suggest anything else to reduce the speed of the website.

did you zip the files beforehand ?
or do php automatically gzip it when you add those rules to the htaccess file?
Hi, I have done what you did in this video.. after that I retest my website with gtmetrix.. all still the same.. gzip compression score is still zero (0). Do you have any idea why ? Any suggestion ? Thanks..
