Your videos are awesome and it's making me excited to start my own YouTube Cooking Channel finally! I also plan on a cookbook so this would be a great way to segue into that. The thing is is now that I'm watching this I'm totally overwhelmed. I hear people say don't worry about it just get started just use your cell phone but really after watching this video it feels like I have to invest in quite a bit of equipment and I'm not very techy!
