  1. There's a saying that hard work will always beat talent, when talent fails to work hard. That's what was going through my mind towards the end of the video. My 10K goal race for the year is the Peachtree Road Race in Atlanta, Ga. It's normally on July 4, but got moved to Thanksgiving Day due to COVID19. I've only been running for 9 month's now, but this is what I've learned thus far. It takes time, patience, and consistency to improve. You need time to put in the work, you need patience so you don't get discouraged, and you need consistency to reach your goal.
