Could you please make a detailed video on "how to estimate cost of a web development project as a beginner"? Please do this. There are almost no videos on this topic and as a beginner developer, I find it very hard to estimate correct cost to ask for.

Wow Stefan… I remember your videos back in the days. Congrats, super professional!
Stefan, what restaurant or cafe doesn't already have a website?! I think that all owners who wanted to have one already do.
I'm super happy I found your channel. Thank you
Atom. Fits any language. And can be fitted with 'Kite' for AI to learn your style and help you out in the future.
this is true
Hey Stef, when is StudioWeb 4 coming out?
I used atom sublime notepad++ and tried many others, but best ever is VS CODE
Stefan Clear,Short,Informative 10/10
MY TIPS:
1: (Atom, Brackets, Sublime)
2: Use emmet as much as you can
3: Automate your tasks with gulp
4: Learn CSS well but then use bootstrap
5: Use pomodoro technique
Happy Coding
Hi Stef, have been following your channel for a while. Don't tune in to every video you make, since you address different levels of maturity in a WD life. However, #5 really struck a heartstring. I'm relived that I don't have to expect perfection in the fist iteration. Will try to heed that advise! Thx for your wisdom.
Stef is always the voice of reason and its pretty relaxing hearing him and his wise techniques. thanks for posting videos.
Never stop.
Hi Stef, do you know any UI/ux course I can take online, web development?
What do you think about Meteor
Web Framework?
It's so true that the customers can be a big roadblock to progress. If I had a dollar for every time a customer didn't really know what they wanted, and then changed their mind when they saw the app, I could have retired. Getting a rough idea into their hands asap is great time saving advice.
Hey how many people have gotten Job with the courses you teach ?
Stef, when you make a site for a client do you have to maintain that site when all is done? Or do you usually just make the site and then hand it over to them to handle going forward and just get the 1 time payout (the final 33%)? Maybe you could make a video on what happens when you complete your project answering this sort of thing. P.S. I will be purchasing your IWD course
Nice weather in Canada!
Stef I got no mentor, but you filled that gap.
VS Code all the way <3
Camera Settings: Continuous Autofocusing Mode: Disabled ?! 😉
Good job Stef but please don't wear that shirt again. The red dots ,in camera, are terrible for the eyes.
Hi Stef, what's the difference between the freelancer and entrepreneur courses ? Thanks.
Summary :
1. Use a good IDE for your preferred language (except for Ruby ;))
2. Try to take projects that fit in your current workflow or type of clients
3. Use mature frameworks
4. Build UI mockups (static) ASAP
5. Don't be perfectionniste. Get the project done so the client is pleased.
Hi, Stefan.
I've been having some problems with the Projects link from Studio Web.
Basically I get a message saying "Whoops, looks like something went wrong." which gets fixed if I get into Incognito, log in and then come back to a regular browser tab
I didn't Robert De Niro had a Youtube channel with programming advises!
I mean, Stephan looks like young Robert De Niro! 😁 ❤
7:41 You're welcome
That river looks nice.
Just bought a couple of courses. While I learn these I'd like to do wordpress freelancing. You don't happen to have a course on wordpress and how to freelance with it do you?
Ur just a click baiter ur advices are so obvious everybody knows this lol
Hi Stef many thanks for your practical web development advice. What do you think of Atom the free code editor? Apparently it's highly rated by developers. Love the nature scene at end of your vlog. Is that river in a a public park in Montreal? Looks really nice there. Enjoy nature, good for body, mind & Spirit. Namaste.
Good IDE's that I can recommend: -IntelliJ for Java, -CLion for C/C++ (all these IDE's are from JetBrains).
Your cemetery video got a mention from Joe on CodingPhase yesterday.
Just finished your CSS course Sunday. Going to play practice a little bit this week and then start your Javascript course.
Got a huge deja vú there. My mind twisted for a second.
Have you done an episode on the difference between amateur and professional development? In this case, I'm referring to robustness – error checking and mitigation. Many people get software "working" by assuming that everything worked OK, there were no errors, and it functions as expected. HOWEVER, they don't check for errors, slow connections, dropped sockets, etc., and the user is left with having no idea the app has crashed.
Ruby is the new PHP?
Great Advice
I have your freelance and full stack courses….top notch stuff man. Thanks for helping me along the journey.
