Salma your title is odd in this one. Video Creators is talking about putting people ahead of machine-meaning appeal to humans and YTube will follow. Yes SEO is still needed but YT reads a video despite titles and tags as you know- many folks lie so YT has the tech to actually read vid. They are watching more human signals on video now. Things like watch time of the video and other engagment clues.
