Can't do the change DNS server thing. It wont let me get to the router settings after changing it(server not found or something) Speed wasn't changed anyway….☹

1st Google DNS Test: Download speed of 388.07, and an upload speed of 23.43.
1st Cloudflare DNS Test: Download speed of 410.38, and an upload speed of 23.36.
2nd Google DNS Test: Download speed of 352.26, and an upload speed of 23.37.
2nd Cloudflare DNS Test: Download speed of 400.50, and an upload speed of 23.47.

Im not having issues with download speeds, I can get 600-900 download speeds but idk what happened but i can not get any higher upload speeds with my PC, never had issues before. I have a powerful PC tried to stream the last two days and its not get higher than 1Mbps. Help
