In this video I’m gonna show you where the Best Free Internet Speed Test Online is and how you can use it to test your own broadband out to see how fast your internet connection is.
It’s very important to test your internet speed because when buying broadband from an internet service provider, they may not deliver what they actually claim when it comes to broadband and internet speed.
This is why it’s so important to test your internet connection speeds, just so you can see if your broadband connection is running at the speed your ISP stated when you ordered your broadband package.
Now this site I recommend in the video is brilliant for a few reasons. Firstly, it’s very easy to test your broadband speed out. All you do is visit the site mentioned in the video (this site is called Speed Test btw and you and you can find it at SpeedTest.net) and all you do once you’re at Speed Test is hit the “Begin Test” button.
Speed Test will then test your download speeds and your upload speeds but what is important here is to test your download speed as that’s what you’re actually paying your internet service provider when ordering their Broadband.
Also, you’ll also notice that your download speed is faster than your download speed but that doesn’t matter as 99% of the time you’ll be downloading on the internet like webpages, files, software etc. The only time when you’re uploading is when you’re uploading pictures to Facebook etc.
Secondly, you can test your internet speed on any computer, PC, Mac, phone, tablet… Or any device for that matter. So if you want to test your web speed so you can see how fast your internet connection is on say an Iphone smart phone, you can.
So any device will as it doesn’t matter if it’s a IPad, Android tablet… Whatever.
So if it whirl and test internet speed to see if your your getting the broadband speed you ordered from your internet service provider share what your internet broadband speed package and what you’re actually getting. You may end up shocked by the test as you’ll find out you’re probably not getting the MPS (Megabites Per Seconds) you originally ordered.
My download speed is 65 mb and upload is 85…. I didn't know how good my internet actually was…
