This episode on CBP: in a lab within the place they call the Twinkieverse, the Twinkies work work on ways to solve their predicament and return to their respective timelines. The mood is optimistic, except for two of them.
“Duuuuude, I think we might have made a breakthrough…” – Hippy Twinkie said.
“No Hippy… and that is not a beaker, by the way. It is a…” – Elevator Twinkie was about to correct her friend before being interrupted by noise.
“Hey, stop doing that! The chemical compounds there might be bad for the lungs… and brain… and… everything else!” – Elevator tried to reason, but gave up. “Whatever. Just please don’t do anything goofy…”
“Bruh, I’m hungry…” – Hippy leaves for the kitchen, craving for food.
Meanwhile, Twinkie gave up fighting her new nickname and accepted being called Vanny, a diminutive for “Vanilla”. Observing what the others were dong, she ws not very entertained. She and Scarface were not very thrilled.
“You’re not very happy, aren’t you, Scarface?”
“Not particularly. Like… Where do I get to return to? My timeline kinda… doesn’t exist now.”
Vanny takes a deep breath and puts her hand on Scarface’s shoulder.
“Yeah, that’s rough… As for me, well, I… I think I may have injured a friend badly. I gotta return and try to at least undo it, mitigate it… anything!”
“At least the rest of the world is okay, isn’t it?”
“Yeah, almost everything, except the stuff I care about… But hey, for you that’d e an improvement!”
“Huh?”
“When we find a way out of the Twinkieverse, you’ll be coming with me. You’ll find the dummies very funny.”
“We had dummies in my timeline, like, when we still had… things. They were okay, I guess. Uhh… are you serious about that, though?”
“Yeah! As long as you don’t hit on Razor.”
“Darn it, of course nothing can be perfect…”
“Deal or no deal?”
“Deal, I think…”
